This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Ambunexx can request deletion of their personal data and/or account.

Ambunexx is operated by Ambunext Private Limited, having its registered office at 32 Splash Shimla Park, Pipliya Kumar, Vijay Nagar, Indore – 452010, Madhya Pradesh, India.

This policy applies to:

  • Ambunexx Customer Mobile Application

  • Ambunexx Driver / Partner Mobile Application

  • Ambunexx Website (limited to enquiry data)


2. Right to Request Data Deletion

Users and Partners have the right to:

  • Request deletion of their personal data

  • Request deletion of their Ambunexx account

  • Withdraw consent for data processing

Requests will be handled in accordance with:

  • Applicable Indian laws

  • Regulatory requirements

  • App Store and Play Store policies


3. How to Request Data Deletion

a) Through Email (Primary Method)

To request data deletion, send an email to:

Please include:

  • Registered mobile number

  • Registered email address

  • User type (Customer or Driver/Partner)

  • Clear request for account deletion or data deletion

b) In-App Deletion (If Available)

If account deletion is available within the app:

  • Users may initiate deletion directly from the app settings

  • Deletion requests will be processed after verification


4. Verification of Identity

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion:

  • We may verify your identity using registered contact details

  • Additional verification may be requested if required


5. Data Deletion Timeline

Once verified:

  • Account and associated personal data will be deleted within 7–30 working days

  • Confirmation will be sent to the registered email or mobile number


6. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful deletion request, the following data will be removed or anonymised:

  • Name

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Location data

  • Booking history

  • Device identifiers (where applicable)


7. Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

  • Transaction and invoice records

  • Tax, audit, and compliance data

  • Records required under applicable laws

Such retained data will:

  • Be securely stored

  • Not be used for marketing or profiling

  • Be deleted once legal retention periods expire


8. Website Data Deletion

For website users:

  • Enquiry or contact form data can be deleted upon request

  • Analytics data is collected in anonymised form and cannot identify individuals


9. Impact of Account Deletion

After deletion:

  • You will no longer be able to access your Ambunexx account

  • Booking history and saved preferences will be permanently removed

  • Re-registration will require creating a new account

Deletion is irreversible once completed.


10. Children’s Data

Ambunexx does not knowingly collect personal data of individuals under 18 years of age.

If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.


11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
